A collaborative expense-management system that turns receipt photos into ready-to-print accountability reports.
Overview
Built a financial reporting platform for KKN committees, student organizations, and event teams. Members record expenses through a shared event link and upload receipt photos, while AI extracts the amount, vendor, date, and expense category. Administrators can monitor budgets, manage reimbursements, review edit histories, and generate a structured LPJ that can be printed or exported. Built with React, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Gemini AI, and Fly.io.
