Clinic Auto-Book System
A state-machine booking engine designed to prevent conversation loops and scheduling conflicts.
Overview
Created a working architecture demo for automated clinic appointment booking. The system manages lead states such as Contacted, Booked, and Deposit Pending while handling service selection, customer details, staff availability, and conflict prevention. Its logic layer is decoupled for integration with ManyChat or the WhatsApp Business API.
